Smoky Beer Cheddar Cheese Sauce



This Smoky Beer Cheddar Cheese Sauce adds a rich and flavorful twist to your burger. The combination of sharp cheddar cheese, beer, and smoky paprika creates a creamy and slightly tangy sauce that's perfect for drizzling over your burger patty.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup beer choose your favorite
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter

Add the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until it turns slightly golden, stirring constantly

Gradually whisk in the beer until the mixture is smooth and thickened

Reduce the heat to low and add the shredded cheddar cheese, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper

Stir until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before using it as a topping for your burger
