Strawberry Whip Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Put sugar and diced strawberries in a bowl and let it sit for 15 minutes

Whip the cream in a different bowl until it forms stiff peaks

Mix in the vanilla extract

Put the strawberries that have been mashed, whipped cream, Greek yogurt, and granola in serving glasses

Repeat the layers until the glasses are full

Add a dollop of whipped cream on top to finish

Add mint leaves as a garnish

Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it
