Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan
In a large bowl, combine shredded zucchini, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract
Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt to the mixture
Stir until well combined
Fold in chocolate chips
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Allow brownies to cool before slicing and serving
