Ingredients:
- 6 egg whites, hard-boiled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put chopped egg whites, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard in a bowl and mix them together
