Matcha Green Tea Latte Granita



Indulge in the refreshing and vibrant flavors of matcha green tea latte in the form of a granita. This frozen treat combines the earthy taste of matcha with creamy milk, creating a delightful dessert or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brewed matcha green tea
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Put brewed matcha green tea, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl

Mix the ingredients together with a whisk until the sugar is gone and everything is well blended

Put the mix into a baking pan or shallow dish

Put the dish in the freezer for an hour to set

If there are any frozen chunks, use a fork to break them up after an hour

Put the dish back in the freezer and scrape it down again every 30 minutes for three to four hours, or until the mixture is completely frozen and chunky

After the matcha green tea latte granita has frozen and turned into granules, put it in serving dishes and serve right away
