Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon honey optional
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender
Blend until smooth and creamy
Taste and adjust sweetness with honey if desired
If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again
