Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie



This Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie is full of foods that are already known to reduce inflammation. It's a tasty and healthy way to fight inflammation in the body and get vitamins and minerals that your body needs.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a blender

Blend until smooth and creamy

Taste and adjust sweetness with honey if desired

If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
